Grant Consultation Service
Our Grant Consultation Service is designed to assist businesses and organizations in accessing and securing funding opportunities through grants.
We have taken clients through the Industry4WRD process end to end — from checking eligibility and compiling the documentation to the MIDA officer's site visit — and we assist with MSME grants such as Geran Perniagaan Mikro (GPM). We check eligibility and advise before you commit budget, not after.
What We Cover
-
Eligibility check before you commit budget - Application documentation compiled together with you
- Support through the officer's site visit
- Industry4WRD and MSME grants such as GPM
Our Approach
- 01
Discovery & Site Visit
We sit down with your team, map how your operation runs today, and pinpoint where manual work and missing data cost you most.
- 02
Design & Grant Advisory
We scope the right system for your business and advise on Industry4WRD and MSME grant eligibility before you commit any budget.
- 03
Build & Integration
Software built around your process — MES, IoT, payroll, inventory or fully custom — connected to the tools you already use.
- 04
Deployment & Training
Installed and commissioned on site, with HRDF-claimable training so your team owns the system from day one.
- 05
Support & Improvement
Ongoing support from Skudai, with reporting and refinements that keep pace as your business changes.
